License to Carry Course (Formerly CDL Course)

  Texas License to Carry course is what you are required to take and pass to get your LTC (license to carry) card. The course is roughly between 4-5 hours, depending on class size and range conditions. You must have a valid ID or Drivers License to attend. You must be proficient with your firearm and firearm safety prior to attending this course. For information on eligibility, please see the "Eligibility" tab. For information regarding what to expect from the course, please see the "Course Information" tab. After successful completion of registration, you will receive a very detailed email closer to the course date about what to bring, wear, and what will be required of you per State laws. Basically, everything you will need to know will be included in the email. Range fee is separate.
